At the invitation of President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako of Japan are undertaking a State Visit to Mongolia. On July 11, 2025, they attended the opening ceremony of Naadam, Mongolia’s traditional festival, at the national stadium in the capital, Ulaanbaatar, alongside President Khurelsukh and First Lady Luvsandorj Bolortsetseg.
Naadam, which means “festival” in the Mongolian language, is a national celebration featuring the country's three traditional sports—wrestling, horse racing, and archery—alongside other cultural events. This major festival is held annually for three days starting on July 11, which commemorates Mongolia’s revolution day. Naadam was inscribed on Unesco’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2010.
Watch that pant length - not sitting on the shoes, also not too short, we see the shoes, but not the stockings or skin. This applies to Masako, the Emperor's pants are some millimeters away from Japanese perfection. Beautiful brooch, sure it signifies something - would be nice to know what.
ReplyDeleteSuperbe Masako dans cette tunique sur un pantalon de la même couleur bleue-roi qui se retrouve dans la cravate de son époux toujours vêtu sans un faux-pli P.S. J'aurais aimé mieux voir sa délicate broche !
