Great photos of everyone! Love the picture of Queen Mary running with the little kids in their sailor suits. Goodness but Vincent is getting so tall. The other photo that caught my eye was the one with King Frederik, Christian, Josephine, and Vincent--Josephine looks like she's just ready to start the run while her brothers and her father are all about the smart watches and timing. Wonder if Frederik and his sons had some sort of competition going on? Great event!

The boys in the family are ready to get started, too. Of course, they have to set their watches to ensure they have an accurate running time and individual fitness measurement. Having run this race for several years, it will be exciting to see how they have developed.

Pic 8 shows the three kids plus Christian and Fredrick (with excellent Danish coloured compression socks); I think Christian must also have run in 2 cities: Copenhagen and Viborg. Favourite photo is Mary with dogs; without the gilded stool one could believe it was any normal backdoor!

They all did a lot of running. There was a 10K run, a 5K run and a 1 mile Family run. While doing them all was not compulsory, some of them did all three, which is over 15K!. Poor Josephine was one of them, and even though she finished all of them, she was in tears from exhaustion at the end of her last run. It was heartwarming to see the video showing all 5 members of her family supporting her with long hugs and words of encouragement at the finish. After that, the whole family went home to enjoy a dinner of Spaghetti Bolognese, which has apparently become a family tradition on Run Day after the run.

@Coralie: In the video clip where K.Frederik was talking about the spaghetti, you could see Vincent's face immediately break into smiles and give his dad two thumbs-up! We know at least one person was excited for it, lol.
