On June 9, at the invitation of Brigitte Macron, Princess Charlène took part in a day of visits to Saint-Paul-de-Vence, alongside the spouses of heads of state gathered in Nice for the third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3). Welcomed at the entrance of the village by Mrs. Macron, Princess Charlène toured the historic old town.
The day continued with a visit to the Maeght Foundation, a major center for modern and contemporary art, where the gardens and artworks provided a moment of reflection and cultural exchange among guests from around the world. For the occasion, Princess Charlène wore a blue rose-patterned dress by Emilia Wickstead.

Both ladies are dressed very nicely. I also light the blue and white striped dress on the lady in the group photo. P Charlene , I know many like her hair this way, though it shows her face well I feel is too severe. I prefer when it falls softly around her face. Just not a fan of the the wisp hanging on the side, I want to tuck it behind her ear.

Charlène est très jolie avec cette robe ! J'aime rarement les robes à fleurs mais je trouve celle-ci charmant et très fraîche, un style rétro des années 50.

Mme Macron a un joli costume aussi mais c'est vraiment dommage qu'elle porte des chaussures aussi épaisses et inélégantes (comme à la piscine l'autre jour), ce serait beaucoup plus chic avec de simples petites chaussures fines et plates en toile blanche, style tennis. Paloma.
Perhaps Mdme Macron has a foot issue that requires wearing supportive footwear. Regardless it looks fine, they are clean and match well with the outfit.

ReplyDeleteThe dress the Princess is wearing is beautiful, I love the flair of the skirt. Beautiful designed dress. Mrs. Macron looks good in this suit. I think possibly she has problems with her feet. Hence the shoes, and good on her.
