Mme Macron’s coat is wonderful. I also think Ingrid Alexandra beautifully dressed. So interesting to see the various young adult princesses’ styles; mostly I think I see them very much mimicking mum’s style.

Mme Macron should have checked the weather report.

Ingrid Alexandra looks to professional like she is going to court or something.

Queen Sonja and Crown Princess Mette-Marit look wonderful in white pant suits

I’m sure Mme Macron did check the weather. What a strange comment! As for Ingrid Alexandra, she and her father are indeed both dressed very professionally as they were going to represent Norway on a round table discussion. Is there a problem looking “to” (sic) professional?! I think she’s doing marvellously and trust she’s very well advised on dress codes for all events.

Ingrid Alexandra is going to a business meeting so her suit is very appropriate .

  3. How cold is it in Norway? Everyone is so bundled up with heavy coats and jackets. I wouldn't have expected such warm clothing in summer.

Like all Northern European countries, and actually many countries all around the world, temperatures vary daily. Summer has cool and warm weather.

Summer is not the same in every country of the world...If you live near the Artic, the summer is the BEST "day" of the year...LOL..

Mette-Marit: one size bigger or custom-made jacket so that the sleeves were not so tight that they are wrinkled all over? I don't mind if she does not (or can not) button up the jacket, it's OK, but then I would choose to wear the top over the trousers instead of tucked in. Mme Macron elegant as always, Queen Sonja looks marvellous in her summer white and I love her necklace ("go big or go home").

Queen Sonja reminds me of our late queen. She is tiny, but when she is in the room or in the picture she is the centrepiece. I have huge admiration for what she does and she always looks so elegant… it is just those whitish tights I hate so much !! LRB

Brigitte Macron choose a coat made of wool, just in case the weather was too cold in Norway. She looks great as always.

Best dressed: madame Macron in a spotless double breasted coat.
The Norwegian royalty: too white, not well cut, and I A, enthousiatic young woman, dressed for a day at the office.

Ma tenue préférée est celle d'Ingrid, sobre et efficace.
La reine est très bien en blanc ainsi que Mette-Marit et j'aime aussi sa veste rose. Le manteau de Mme Macron fait trop automne pour moi. Paloma.
