On May 11, 2025, Prince Albert II of Monaco and Princess Caroline of Hanover, accompanied by Mélanie-Antoinette de Massy, attended the 2025 Monaco International Dog Show. Princess Alexandra of Hanover and her boyfriend, Ben Sylvester Strautmann, were also present at the event. Held at Espace Fontvieille ‘Le Chapiteau’, the show brought together 1,430 dogs representing 262 breeds from 29 countries.
Prince Albert presented the first-place award to a Basenji, while Princess Caroline awarded second place to a Welsh Corgi. Mélanie-Antoinette de Massy, the current President of the Monaco Kennel Club, presented the third-place award to a Dachshund.
Founded by Princess Charlotte in 1927, the club was later led by Princess Antoinette until 2011, and then by Baroness Elizabeth-Ann de Massy until 2020. Mélanie-Antoinette de Massy now continues this legacy as its current president.
Qu'est ce qu'il fait le boy friend de Alexandra, dans la vie ? à part du sport et les rentes de papa ?
ReplyDelete@18:52 I agree, and same thing can be asked about Alexandra
DeleteThe same question arose in my mind…….
DeleteI don't think it's our concern what he is doing. He has studied business management at King's College in London, I do not know if he's still studying. They make a lovely couple despite the height difference. I like Alexandra's dress, Muzungu Sisters have beautiful and interesting clothes.
DeleteOui courgettes..
DeleteAlex wearing one from her sister-in-law's brand; muzungu sisters. a beautiful choice
ReplyDeleteIt’s a great look for Princess Alexandra. She looks lovely and natural. Princess Caroline’s trouser suit is smart but the colour isn’t brilliant. I’m also worried she’s wearing Queen Camilla’s shoes! 😂
Delete@ AnnieM
DeleteThe shoes are Chanel's, the real stuff. Queen Camilla never put her feet in real Chanel shoes, only in British copy's.
Thanks, Anon 7 21 Not sure if I like the two tone effect even if they are Chanel.
DeleteBeautiful brown pant suit, but again that pale blue Chanel handbag (pic. N° 3 & 7).
ReplyDeleteEntre Alexandra et Caroline, c'est cette dernière qui nous montre une belle couleur kaki associée au jaune clair de son chemisier ; pour être en harmonie, son petit sac à mains porté en bandoulière serait mieux de couleur camel !
ReplyDeleteCaroline looks lovely in this tan pantsuit, again the gorgeous clutch, it appears blue, I thought it was green, beautiful clutch.
ReplyDeleteAll about the dogs today. Nice to see so many members of the family together. Really like Alexandras dress also nice to see her boyfriend there as well. Nice suit Caroline is wearing.
ReplyDeletecss
More dogs please! 🐩🐶
ReplyDeleteI am in the minority, i like the mint green purse, it adds a splash of spring colour
ReplyDeleteIt is not mint green but pale blue.
DeleteJ’apprécie beaucoup le fait qu’Alexandra soit impliquée et participe à de tels événements.
ReplyDeleteLe Prince oeuvre afin que sa famille soit et demeure unie. Chose que j’apprécie profondément chez lui.
-Astrid.
I don't like Alexandra's dress. I say no to the colors and pattern. It hurts my eyes. She is rarely dressed into something according her age. She didn't inherited her mother's feeling for style, that's for sure.
ReplyDeleteWhat exactly do you think would be "age appropriate" for her? A crop top? :-) Is it really so difficult to put into words what it is exactly that one does not like in an outfit? Sometimes it is difficult - then why not simply stating you don't like it? The dress Alexandra is wearing is so very much age independent that I can equally imagine a small girl and her grandmother wearing it.
Delete@ Anon. 12:30
DeleteThat's what I said, the first words of my comment : "I don't like Alexandra's dress".
Princess Alexandra is very young and sweet - the dress suits her so well. I think it's great that she's wearing something from the Muzungu Sisters collection: Muzungu Sisters is curated by her sister-in-law Tatjana Santo Domingo, the wife of Andrea Casiraghi.
ReplyDeleteThe Casiraghi's are her stepbrothers. Tatjana Santo Domingo is maybe called her sister in law, but in fact she is not. However, I admire that the family is understanding each other well. There has been too much weddings in the past that went wrong. Sometimes I felt sad for Prince Rainier that he had so much trouble with his daughters.
DeleteDear Anonymous (13:32), Just to let you know, Andrea Casiraghi is actually Alexandra's half-brother. Princess Caroline is his mother and the Mother of Alexandra. So, Alexandra and Andrea are actually related by blood. Alexandra is also related to the children of her dad, Ernst August von Hannover, by blood. But actually, these half-brothers of Alexandra are the step-brothers of Andrea Casiraghi, because they're not related by blood. It's a bit of a complicated story. But it's true that Tatjana is Alexandra's sister-in-law.
DeleteThe casiraghis make me feel so uncomfortable. It's funny to me that Alexandra is the titled one but she seems normal and down to earth to me. The kind that would be nice to anyone (I.e a non privileged average human being)
ReplyDeleteHer siblings on the other hand give me really bad vibes. Always looking haughty, moody, precious and especially entitled. Caroline is hard and scary but she's always had a sense of humour, super intellectual but emotionally intelligent too. She's shown more friendliness than her kids for sure and has done so much humanitarian work without calling attention to herself. Her kids have done nothing.
@Bd09
DeleteYour comment is as bad as those who are writing critics about someone's physics, hair, waistline, etc... Are you present when Caroline's sons are getting up in the morning to start a new day. Do you follow them to see where they go and what they are doing, etc...?
Well, I don't and I bet you don't either. It is up to them how they live their live and from whom they are supported or not. I really don't care.
