Why do you have to add mean and troll-like comments? You have not even bothered to add punctuation. This sort of comment is far better kept in your head than written in public. Be nice.

@11:58 referring to “visually underprivileged” is an unnecessarily low blow! Differently from your strong views on the dress, I really think she’s beautiful in this dress, and that it’s very good for a visit to Djurgården. Have you been? Victoria has had the sleeves reduced, which looks very lovely.

  6. Une robe bien portée mais sur sa couleur olive, je trouve que les fleurs auraient mérité un ton plus soutenu !

  7. I´m on record not being a fan of floaty floral dresses, but unlike the above comments I actually think this one works. It´s the right time of the year, it´s an actual colour (and doesn´t give me nighty-vibes like most white/pastel dresses); it´s the right setting - an outdoor event, somewhat informal, it fits right in (rather than being abused as a gown for a black or white tie event). I also think that Victoria did well in having the sleeves altered to a more deflated and streamlined-look. Floaty floral maxidresses are often to intricate (too many ruffles, ribbons, bows and other design features) and to much unstructured fabric. Neither is the case here. I think it´s a nice dress.

I tought CP Victoria would not wear prairie dresses any more. This dress is a variation on the prairie dresses she has for several seasons now. I also wonder why she had to wear a long dress, while all the other ladies of the Welcome committee" are wearing short(er) ones ?

Why would you think she wouldn’t wear them anymore? She likes them so she’ll be wearing them. I think she looks fine.

Hmmm, not bad overall. I can see that the sleeves were changed from those on the model, thank goodness, just too much fabric. I am thinking maybe a belt of some sort, even in the same colour green would help bring the design back into proportion.

I like this dress. Princess Madeleine have a similar. Love floral dresses like that.

The dress isn't bad, but the overall impression would have been so much better with softer hair ergo not a bun.
