On December 20, 2024, King Carl Gustaf, Crown Princess Victoria, and Prince Daniel attended the 2024 formal gathering of the Swedish Academy at the Stock Exchange Building in Stockholm. Each year, on December 20, the Swedish Academy concludes its working year with a public gathering at the Stock Exchange Building, in the presence of the Royal Family.
I am surprised to see the royal couple holding hands, very unusual. Perhaps prince Daniel was not feeling well and needed encouragement, touching.

Daniel’s had a kidney transplant and he may not always feel his best due to the medication he has to take. It doesn’t look like that’s the case here though. There are many instances of Victoria and Daniel showing affection for each other and it’s lovely!
