On June 26, Dutch Queen Maxima paid a working visit to the Circular Friesland Association (VCF), a collaboration between various companies and organizations in the field of sustainability and circularity. The working visit started at Omrin, a waste and raw materials company in Heerenveen. At Omrin, the focus is on recycling raw materials, such as plastics from waste, and collaborating with regional partners. Following this, the Queen visited Nedcam Solutions and Miedema Bouwmaterialen.

      What should she wear? She is in jeans and a blouse. This is quintessential Maxima. She had three visits this day, all three represented above. None were at glamorous places, but she hit the right note considering each place.

    I quite like this outfit on her. It's sort of casual with some frippery on one shoulder..but nothing too wild. In some photos on the video clips, she's wearing trainers with this outfit. I like it, and the colours and fabrics are summery.

    Lovely. I think these new envelope handbags have been designed especially for busy queens, so that they can put their papers, a notebook and a pen in it.
    I like the top on this pair of modern jeans.

      Dit geldt niet alleen voor een koningin, maar voor elke rijke dame en heer op deze aarde en er zijn er nogal wat. Wat ben ik blij dat ik mij dat niet aantrek, ze doen maar. Ik ben blij met mijn leven, zolang we nog een beetje gezond mogen blijven.

    Perhaps her blouse is made of recycled material. It's fun and the colour suits her. I like that big "thing" on her right shoulder, it gives a nice touch. I do not like her pants, especially not with high heels, look untidy.

    Let us not forget that the royal family of the Netherlands is The House of Orange. The colour of the blouse is probably intentional, perhaps somebody knows more.
