On June 14, 2024, Queen Maxima of The Netherlands baptized two Easymax vessels of Royal Wagenborg. The christening and name giving ceremony of the 'Maxima' and her sister vessel ‘Alexia' took place in Wagenborg's home port Delfzijl. Queen Maxima spoke to the contractors, who build both Easymax vessels, various domestic and foreign guest who are closely involved with Wagenborg and the offspring of shareholders. During a tour by boat through the port the Queen met various captains the tall ships.

That must have been a short night: straight from the USA to the northern part of The Netherlands to baptize two vessels ... Beautiful white pantsuit of which the pair of trousers is a tidbit too long imo. Anyhow, QM looks marvellous in it.

Short night yes, but we can imagine she travels in good conditions : a comfortable bed, etc. Bearing in mind the names 'Maxima' and her sister vessel ‘Alexia', a pity Alexia was not attending, but probably not compatible with her own time schedule.

ردحذفThis pantsuit is glorious! beautiful ensemble. The pants fit well, a bit of hemming wouldn't go astray, though Maxima might like them longer than shorter? The green embellishment on the shoulder of her jacket adding interest, splash of color and tastefully done, I like this very much. The jacket particularly I love, the design and length. The diamond and emerald earrings pickup the color of the embellished spray of the jacket, clever addition as does the color of her hat. I love her hair styled up to accommodate the hat. Beautiful presentation by the Queen. I hope we see more of this designer from the Queen.

ردحذفMaxima looks super cool in this beautiful white suit with the sparkly green embellishment. No need for jewellery, and I see that she used the same green hat that she wore in New York just hours or days earlier. She looks great!

ردحذفWow--what a quick turn around for Queen Maxima! I love her pantsuit--she looks wonderful and I love the touch of green as an accent. I really hope she'll get the trousers hemmed because they impact the polished look of the whole suit. As she is wearing very high platform shoes the trousers must be several inches too long.
