Queen Mary of Denmark visited the design exhibition of Copenhagen Carpenters’ Guild (Københavns Snedkerlaug), that features a table she helped design. The dining table is on display in distinguished company at Copenhagen's Snedkerlaug in connection with the design festival 3daysofdesign. The table made from left over wood w/historical significance including Pine from Tasmania. 3daysofdesign features a programme of diverse exhibitions, installations, talks, workshops and parties, scattered throughout the city at 11 district "hubs".

Paloma, in this case a “hub” is just a location. It’s funny you write “C'est la mode d'utiliser des mots anglais pour tout... ” about word usage here, as all of this site is always written in English?! … donc n’est pas “à la mode” mais la langue normale du site depuis toujours?! Bob.
حذفBob : parce qu'en France c'est la grande mode de mettre des mots anglais partout et je trouve ça excessif ! Je suis française et dans la traduction du texte en haut le mot "hub" n'est pas tout simplement pas traduit et je ne le connais pas.

If I can give my two pennies’ worth here (my opinion), I interpret the word “hub” as a meeting point, a cross road.

Queen Mary looks good but I wonder why that belt? You can't see her shoes in these pictures, are they similar with the belt?
