From June 16 to 19, 2023, Princess Astrid of Belgium, representing the King of the Belgians, is leading a business delegation visiting the Kingdom of Norway. Princess Astrid is accompanied by the Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hadja Lahbib. On June 17, Crown Prince Haakon of Norway hosted an Afternoon Tea at the Royal Palace in honor of Princess Astrid of Belgium.

    Black and white is always a good combination but is she wearing white pantyhose?
    If so , I don't think I have seen this since Diana back in the 1980s.
    A light black color would have looked much smarter.

      Queen Silvia is wearing regularly almost white pantyhose.
      Queen Margrethe was wearing also white pantyhose on certain occasions. Both queens favor this color for their tights even after the 1980s.

      I think that the belt provides some necessary focus and shape to the outfit. I'm happy that it is a thin belt and not a broader one.

    Various royal ladies wear pantyhose, just like other women, and what might look like white is most probably a FLESH colour, perhaps too pale for the lighting.

      Nude stockings would not be so obvious. What a few of the RLs wear are definitely tinted, not white, but in a light color.

    The color combination is good. The jacket is lovely, though I don't like this type of skirt.
