On February 21, Queen Maxima visited Poppodium De Spot (The Spot, art and cultural stage) in Middelburg, and attended the inspiration meeting titled 'More Art and Culture in School and Environment'. At the meeting, various educational and cultural organizations from the province of Zeeland discussed how they can offer students equal opportunities during the extended school days, in relation to the target of integrating art and culture into education.
Dutch Queen Maxima is honorary chair of More Music in the Classroom initiative.

ردحذفLove this overlay cape. The color and cut are superb on Queen Max. Her accessories coordinate perfectly. And I’m so happy she styled her hair in a low chignon and not a flyaway mess! She looks every inch a queen.

حذفWinter white is above all a color that is fashion during Winter since 2 or 3 years yet. It is possible that white will be a color that will be worn frequently during Spring 2024. But then it will not be called Winter white anymore but white tout court. Besides Winter white like Queen Mathilde's (with an e not Mathilda) coat and Queen Maxima's cape is looking more like cream, because the fabric is wool or wool mixtures
with other animal products like "angora", cashmere, merinos wool or synthetic fibres. During summer white fabrics are usually made of cotton, linen,.......or recycled polyester,
The idea is interesting but I think it looks very awkward the way Maxima's hands and arms stick out of this 'cape coat' garment...especially in photo #2. It might look alright when the hands and arms are under the cape. For this reason I can't say I really like it, though I generally like long capes.

I agree also. I don't really care for the earrings, either, but I like her hair in its bun better than her usual flyaway. Her hair must be difficult to handle.

ردحذفAbsolutely stunning. Best cape ever! And she made a great effort with her hair. Best outfit of any of the royals that I have seen in the past month. And I did love Mathilde's gray ensemble, but this tops that one.
