The board meeting of World Childhood Foundation (WCF) was held with the attendance of Queen Silvia and Princess Madeleine of Sweden at Stockholm Royal Palace. The World Childhood Foundation was founded by Queen Silvia in 1999. The purpose of the Foundation is to protect the children from sexual abuse and to support the children and young mothers who are victims of that crime.

    Queen Silvia looks very elegant here with her classic bow blouse. For those who claim that these blouses look stuffy and dated should have a good look at this regal lady.

    La reine Silvia porte à merveille l'ensemble veste/jupe ; à cette occasion, je ne suis pas vraiment fan du noeud Lavallière mais je trouve qu'il apporte une petite touche élégante à ce chemisier classique ; Madeleine toujours aussi belle a de l'allure dans cette longue veste !

    Lovely to see mother and daughter getting involved into the same worthy project. Princess Madeleine has a natural class and elegant, no need to dress up with heavy jewellery like another royal at same age to be seen.
    She is simply a beautiful woman.

    It looks like Queen Silvia is re-introducing Princess Madeleine into her project for WCF. Will Princess Madeleine take over this work from her mother ? Is it decided then, that she will move back to Sweden with her family ?
    Both RL are dressed appropriately for this meeting.

    Although I can't spot details on Madeleine's outfit, she looks beautiful as always.
    Q.Silvia is classy and dignified.
    I like the simple working outfit of the blonde long haired girl in the last pic too.
    Another great cause to support and kudos to the joint efforts of the Queen and her daughter.
