Sorry, but I don’t like the jacket at all. It seems to wear her. But the red trousers and top are a nice combo, perhaps a winter white wool classic designed jacket would have looked perfect. Even a winter white cape would have worked.

  3. I do like this outfit, the jacket looks very festive, unusual and striking. Love the red pantsuit underneath, wonderful contrast.

I like the jacket. It is fun and a great choice with the red pantsuit underneath.

  5. It's the Mathilde version of the ugly Christmas sweater.
Not awful, really, but not exactly flattering either. Just festive in an eccentric way.

  6. The whole outfit queen Mathilde is wearing today is by Esmeralda Amoun, one of her favorite designers. Queen Mathilde likes coats in a fabric like this. Her top and trousers are in the same velvet fabric. It is very appropriate for the season. The pieces can be worn together or separately with her other winter coats or tops. Her handbag is by Natan. A pity her hair is turned towards the outside in the neck. I prefer it when it is turned towards the inside. But maybe she likes it that way. This visit was King Philippe and Queen Mathilde's last working outing this year. Their Christmas holidays can begin.

  7. Dans l'esprit de Noël, cette veste me plaît beaucoup surtout qu'elle a été bien choisie pour être associée avec du rouge ; ses cheveux ont bien poussé, ce qui cachent trop ses boucles d'oreilles !

  8. Love it: the red is a quite good and the jackets design has an association with Christmas balls,

  9. A lovely outfit for the Queen. I would never wear it, however she can pull it off with grace and style. Edwina

  10. I’m not sure about the pattern on the jacket - it reminds me a little of upholstery. But I like the jacket’s length and the solid red top and pants underneath.

  11. The design on the jacket make me think of snow crystals painted in red. Very lovely.
