Queen Sonja of Norway attended the anniversary concert of FolkOrg (the organization for folk music and folk dance) which celebrates 100th anniversary of its establishment, at Grieg Concert Hall (Grieghallen)in Bergen. FolkOrg, the organization for folk music and folk dance in Norway, aims to strengthen the position of Norwegian traditional music and dance nationally and internationally.

The traditional dress looks fabulous. The colors are beautiful, the embroidery is beautifully done.

ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful town and its market place is righteously known worldwide.
It also has a lot of interesting places and suggestive pubs and restaurants where Norwegian dishes can be eaten in a sort of Viking atmosphere, so as to say.
People are so kind and down to earth, a plesure to enjoy some time there.
