Crown Princess Mary is visiting New York on October 23 and 24. The Crown Princess is participating in the celebration of UN Day as well as in a number of meetings that are part of promoting Denmark’s candidacy for the UN Security Council. In addition, the Crown Princess will subsequently take part in World Anti-Bullying Forum 2023 in North Carolina.
Crown Princess Mary gave the opening speech at a reception held at the UN Mission. The Crown Princess spoke about Denmark’s championing role in "The Coalition on Addressing Sea-Level Rise & Existential Threats", which works to raise awareness of the consequences of climate change, including the impact of rising sea levels on low-lying societies.
Among the guests were the UN ambassadors from Small Island Developing States (SIDS), which is an association of 39 small developing island nations, as well as representatives from the other nations championing the coalition.
This is a very pretty dress, nice design and fits well. Perfect for the occasion. I like her black accessories. Her necklaces are a nice addition, subtle.
ردحذفYes to the square neckline, no to the low back (for a business meeting). It´s not a business dress anyway, but in order to make it suitable, she should have kept the jacket on.

Perfect look--feminine dress that is a great choice for a business meeting. Mary looks fantastic in this dress--it fits perfectly and her choice of simple jewelry and accessories help with the business look. Such a great representative of Denmark!

ردحذفI understand that my tastes are not exactly in tune with what a Crown Princess is expected tò wear on formal engagements, still I would have liked this beautiful dress to be ruffled or gathered on one side, so as to be more fitted.
