its the first time she has worn black all year round, unlike some who were it all the time, there is a difference.

    2. Oh the black fashion police will be happy.
They didn't get an invite from the Dutch royals for the opening of parliament.

Well it's the last week of summer so she should get a pass for having on black. She's getting a head start on the autumnal color pallet. :)

I donat like short puffed sleeves on any grown person but otherwise the skirt and black blouse are very elegant. I really like the fabric of the skirt. Horisontal stripes can be difficult. Queen Mathilde also looks great in her white blouse and black and white skirt. I always liked the skirt.

Jill Biden looks good in that light blue suit. Unfortunately her jacket doesn't fit very well. Queen Rania in a beautiful striped skirt next to Queen Mathilde also in a striped skirt, which is a repeat from several years back. QM is wearing her diamond earrings. Black shoes by Giorgio Armani and a black clutch. The three ladies are looking good. Rose

This is such a harsh look for her. From her dark makeup to the dark outfit, this just doesn't seem to be her best look.

All ladies look very elegant. But I am sorry to say that Queen Rania looks more and more scary. Whatever she does to her face, she should stop .Not many facial expressions left. She is so beautiful and should age naturally, with a little bit of help, but this is too much.
