The dress is beautiful and I like how the gold metallic shoes the model wore really bring out the floral print. Letizia has been conspicuously wearing very low heeled shoes lately. What happened to her 4 or 5 inch stillettos?

The Queen wore a fabulous pair of Carolina Herrera “Good Girl” 4” stilettos (black with metallic gold heels) for part of the evening and then changed to a pair of lower heels.

Letizia has chronic metatarsalgia (pain in the ball of the foot) in both of her feet, as well as Morton's neuroma in her left foot. Morton's neuroma is thickening of the nerve tissue.

Mon dieu, i know, how morton neurom feels, can‘t walk in heels or pretty shoes, too painful. How does the queen cope with it?

    6. What a lovely dress. Sympathy for Queen Letizia if she has foot pain but the dress is definitely better with the higher heels. Lovely.

  5. Wouah, quelle élégante silhouette dans cette robe légèrement ceinturée ; il me semble que le style de ses boucles d'oreilles reprend celui de certains de ses motifs dorés ; ce serait bien de les voir plus près !

The first time Queen Letizia wears Belgian design by Dries Van Noten. On the last picture the skirt of the dress worn by the model looks narrower and shorter than the dress worn by Queen Letizia. Everything Dries makes fits well. I think I saw QL with golden shoes once, she can wear them with this dress for a change, if she wants. I love it. Rose

Wieder ein superelegantes Kleid, manchmal liegt die Kunst im Weglassen. Ein klarer Schnitt, bezauberndes Muster. Und dazu Kittenheels, das I-Tüpfelchen.
