    1. She's so elegant. Most of us get hideous gray roots, she gets a distinguished grey streak. Sigh. If only.

I am not so sure the gray stripe is natural. If it is a thin highlight that is colored a bit grey ? It can easily be done by a good hairdresser. Mine could do it. Maybe she is doing it to prepare the day she will have more gray hair than now, to get used to it. Rose

I doubt it’s a highlight. It’s been there for a few years and it’s gradually gotten larger. I had very dark hair and my white hair came in in streaks like this. I still have dark “stripes” now that the grey/white is the predominant color (and I love them!). So, while certainly any good hairstylist could make these streaks, I don’t think that’s the case here. In fact, the Queen has been criticized by Spaniards for letting her natural grey/white hairs show and not dyeing them.

Lovely dress! I am not a fan of all lace dresses in general but this lace has a great and more modern design. I also like the cut of the sleeves.

  5. Outstanding classy dress. Lovely photo of the Queen bending down to talk with the elderly lady in the wheelchair.

Everyone in the group is perfectly dressed! The King and Queen both look great as well as the ladies in pink, white, navy/black and floral print. A very fashionable outing for all!

Karl Gustav of Sweden and Henri of Luxembourg better coordination of stripes, patterns and ties.
