On July 31, 2023, King Felipe VI, Queen Letizia and their daughters Crown Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia visited the Alfabia Garden (Jardines de Alfabia) in Bunyola. The Spanish Royal Family is currently having their summer holiday in Palma de Mallorca.
Alfabia is a complex that consists of a typical mallorcan house, gardens and an orchard right in the heart of the Serra de Trumantana mountains. It is in the UNESCO's Heritage List.

DeleteThat last picture: fantastic! They seem to have a lot of fun together. All fantastic dresses and great summer colours. King Felipe is also looking great in his summer outfit. But the joy on their faces is the most beautiful part of these pictures!

DeleteThe last photo is terrific. It is obvious they enjoy their family time in a casual setting. Their fashion is appropriate for the occasion (except, perhaps, the dress of the crown princess which looks a bit matronly).

Lovely summer pictures. Sofia looks great in this playful summer dress. Unfortunately I find Lenore's green dress boring and unbecoming. Very frumpish. I don't like those sleeves and the dress could have been shorter.

Lady of the manor : check the closeup, to see how gorgeously this green colour highlights her eyes. I find this a relaxed dress for a hot Spanish evening with a super colour choice. Most of all I love seeing Letizia without heels!!! - she’s tiny compared with her family (but actually not a short lady at all). They all look so happy and that’s what I love best of all! - AnneLise

DeleteHM K Felipe’s ombrĂ© shirt is fantastic! His white trousers and blue espadrilles are perfect with it. The Queen’s pink dress is beautiful on her and looks just the thing for a holiday where it’s warm.

DeleteThe King's shirt is nice with lightly layered colours. The green dress is too tight across the bust area and a very wrinkled mess, makes the young woman look older. Not a fan of the younger daughter's dress, but at least it is age appropriate. Janelle
ReplyDeleteI happen to think they all look lovely. Leonor's dress makes her eyes absolutely sparkle, the color is beautiful and is a casual dress for a casual family outing. Sofia looks fantastic, her style is much more playful and this absolutely fits the bill, just perfect. As for Letizia, just wow. That pink against her tan, just stunning. And King Felipe is as handsome as ever.

ReplyDeleteK Filipe looks wonderfull as also Q Letizia, both very nice for this walk in the garden... The Q Letizia dresses reminded me other in red with a black belt that she use a few years ago, I think with a high ponytail.
A dress must make you look pretty, and leonor looks really pretty with that color and that style of dress, very feminine, and it fits her figure perfectly, neither narrow nor wide. I like the colors of SofĂa's dress, but not so much the pattern neither the cut, she looked prettier with other summer dresses from other years. Letizia looks good, but I hate the dresses that are tied with a rope, and without the rope it looks awful, it has too much fabric that it's probably too hot

ReplyDeleteThe Royal family are a lovely, close knit family. Credit to the King and Queen they have brought their daughters up so beautifully and it shows. The casual dresses are appropriate and look lovely.

A lovely family no doubt. But the ladies dresses are not welll chosen. The colors are beautiful but the styles not attractive for the wearers. The neckline on the Queen’s bright pink dress does not flatter her very slim frame, the style and fit of Leonore’s dress is aging, and the print on the front of her sister’s dress is too large for the style of the dress.
