I'm sure the Government will help.
It would take long to explain how things work in Norway.
      Just a couple considerations..
Water is considered as a common good and nobody has to pay for it when usung It at home.
Secondly, land Is considered as a common good too in many areas so people are free to use it especially in the northern regions.
Things do change in the southern of Norway, because southern areas are densely populated and life standards are definitely higher.
I think the Government will provide help as soon as possibile as many accesses to towns and cities are usually closed in autumn due to the huge quantities of snow blocking them.
This happens in the majority of the northermost regions.
Of course and unfortunately ,everthing might occur due to climate changes

Great for the royal couple to make this visit. Wish we could get a better view of her pants. Looks like the patch pockets are in a different color but are they joggers or pants? Either way, they look really cool.
