On August 18, 2023, Emperor Naruhito, Empress Masako and Princess Aiko attended a viola concert at Suntory Hall in Tokyo that was given on the occasion of world-famous violist Nobuko Imai's 80th birthday. Nobuko is a Japanese classical violist who had an extensive career as soloist and chamber musician. She is currently a member of the Mito Chamber Orchestra, a professor at the Geneva Conservatory, and performs around the world.
Quel plaisir de voir le couple impérial en compagnie de leur fille qui doit avoir une petite pause dans ses études ; je remarque que Masako et Aiko portent un blazer blanc qui casse élégamment le reste de leur look ; quant à la cravate de Naruhito, je ne suis pas tellement fan de ses rayures surtout bleu-marine et gris. Tiens, les masque sont de sortie !

What great looks, love the white jackets. I love how the Empress didn't go all one color here, the black and white is so chic. And the Princess looks great with her checked dress and matching white jacket.

One again the plain details and workmanship on the jacket are worth mentioning. I like that the princess has shortened her hair to shoulder length. A nice looking for a working engagement
ReplyDeleteI love the combination of Navy and White. The white jacket is lovely, fits well and looks very stylish. The classic single strand of pearls looks wonderful.
