Yesterday, on March 14, Prince Albert II of Monaco celebrated his 65th birthday with his family. At noon, during the Changing of the Guard at the Prince's Palace, the Orchestra of the Prince's Carabinieri wished him a happy birthday with music.

Prince Albert then had lunch with his family members, that is, his wife Princess Charlene and their children, Hereditary Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella. In the evening, the princely children invited their parents to a theatrical performance titled "The Witch in the Broom Cupboard (and Other Tales)" created especially for the occasion.

It's Prince Albert. He is a man as far as I know. So it's HIS wife and not her wife.

The silhouette of a 3/4 length sleeved coat worn with 3/4 length trousers always looks wrong to me, as though suddenly you’ve grown out of your clothes, so Charlene’s outfit is a miss. Otherwise it’s a lovely family photo. (V.M.)

  8. Gabriella looks so much like her grandmother, it's uncanny. I love her coat.

    1. Which grandmother? Charlene's side or Prince Albert's side?

@deadeggs you know without asking she is referring to the late Princess Grace of Monaco

Sorry but at this point, I can’t see the resemblance with Princess Gabriella’s grandmother, Grace. Maybe later as she gets older the features will be more noticeable.
Her other grandmother is Granny Lynette (Whittstock)
For me, one thing I am beginning to notice is that Prince Jacques is inheriting the good looks of Princess Charlene’s two brothers, that is, Gareth and Sean Wittstock. He’s going to be one handsome prince when he gets older.

Below is the link to a photo of Granny Lynette with her two VERY handsome sons.

Wonderful family photos celebrating Dad's birthday! Everyone looks happy and the twins are adorable. Read that Albert was told he was to be ready to be kidnapped by the children as they had a play prepared for him. So sweet!
