King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium are making a state visit to South Africa. During the state visit, the King and the Queen will visit Pretoria, Johannesburg and Cape Town. On March 23, 2023, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde were welcomed by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa and Minister of Social Development of South Africa Lindiwe Zulu at the iconic Unions Buildings in Pretoria.

ردحذفI love these shorter dresses for Queen Mathilde. The shape and the color suit her very well. The cream accessories coordinate very well with the dress. I think we will see Queen Mathilde with this cream color during next spring and summer, because it is a color she can wear with almost all her summer outfits.

ردحذفLovely dress and fab hat! Mathilde looks wonderful in this shade of pink and style of dress. I love a big saucer hat--but do wish she had adjusted it a bit so it didn't appear attached to the side of her head. The Princess of Wales has worn several hats in this same style and has it set a bit flatter on her head. No matter--this is great look for the Belgian Queen!

Lovely again. The angle of the hat is a bit much (could have taken a clue from the Brits when it comes to hats) - but still an overall great look.
