  1. That green dress... erm... draws your attention all to the wrong places. It seems that Sarah, DoY, has been taking up a more public role as of recently. I like that. I also heard the king is going to include her for Sandringham Christmas. Princess Beatrice's dress is lovely. The duchess' top might be a tad too tight, her skirt, however, is beautiful.

Poor Sarah, all these years on and she just never dose herself justice, she really hasn't passed on much fashion sence to her girls either

I don't get Sarah's penchant for these military style jackets - I think they look awful.

    I like Beatrice's dress.

Nice to see them both out together.

Totally agree with you, what is it with all the military jackets?! So outdated, and awful…and so many of them.

  3. Sarah forgot this is 2022 and not the 1980s. What a dreadful jacket.

  4. J'aime ce blazer militaire rouge qui est magnifique sur Sarah mais avec une jupe droite courte ou un pantalon noir, elle aurait encore plus d'allure ; sa pochette (clutche) me semble bien élégante !

This is the 1st Vampire's Wife dress I've actually liked, Beatrice looks great here. Sarah's jacket looks a tad bit small, like it's pulling to stay buttoned. And I would have preferred it with a different bottom, either a pair of pants or shorter skirt, but she herself looks good.

I agree, Bea’s dress is excellent. As for Sarah, she often wears ill-fitting outfits that don’t really suit her. (V.M.)

  7. I don't normally like Vampire's Wife dresses' but this looks lovely on Pss Beatrice, she looks wonderful Sarah's jacket appears to be the wrong fit. I don't like these military theme jackets in this instance. The skirt appears a tad too long but flows well. The green gown, ill-fitting and unflattering in the bodice area with the large hanging bow.

  8. Love Princess Beatrice's dress--perfect fit and style for her. While Sarah herself looks good, I don't like the jacket itself and I don't think it does her any favours.

  9. Beatrice looks great. I think her personal style is really developing! She'd be such as asset to the BRF. I wish they'd let her participate in a more formal way.

Beatrice looks lovely and the dress suits her and fits. Sarah, unfortunately, has a habit of choosing clothes that are too small for her. This has happened many, many times over the years, sometimes at weddings that are heavily televised and it’s uncomfortable to even watch. Not sure she realizes that too small clothes make her body look bigger when an outfit that fits does the opposite and flatters.

Love Beatrice’s dress. I think Sarah would have looked better with her jacket unbuttoned.

Nice to see mother and daughter together at an event. Nice dress for Beatrice. Sarah's skirt is nice, but the jacket is way too bright. BTW how many of these does she have anyway? css

Princess Beatrice looks lovely--I really like her dress and her shoes are gorgeous. Sarah--well, some things never change; her fashion sense has rarely made any sense to me. But it is nice to see mother and daughter together.

  16. The Duchess of York and fashion have never been close friends.
Nice to read that the Duchess has been invited to spend Christmas with the royal family at Sandringham House. First time, I think.
If you've got a minute or two to spare, the following site will give you some information on the Royal family at Christmas...........

It appears, the last time she was invited was about 30 years ago.
