  1. This is a very smart, chic and stylish outfit, very well coordinated. I love the blue shoes, but white clutch. The white piping of the jacket is very effective.

  2. Quel ravissement que de voir Masako vêtue de bleu-roi avec quand même une touche de blanc jusque dans le chapeau, la pochette sans oublier les gants ; comme d'habitude, pas de faux pli chez Naruhito !

  4. Fashion and presentation wise, both the Emperor and Empress get a note of 10/10 plus.
The Empress’s ensemble is a variation of her usual theme of skirt suit.
Lovely blue colour with the white trimming giving a delicate change to the usual monocolour of the suit.
The hat? Well I don’t think the Empress is allowed much leeway there.
Again, the Emperor has well chosen his tie to fit in with the Empress’s tenue.
I’m wondering what’s going to happen about their state visit to England.
It was originally scheduled for 2020 but was put on hold due to the Corona problem.
I hope we’ll see a rescheduling of the visit in 2023.
I hope they are able to attend the coronation of Charles III.
