Princess Madeleine and her children spent this summer holiday in Sweden, both in the holiday paradise of Öland and in Stockholm. Before leaving Sweden and returning to Florida last weekend, Princess Madeleine and her children Princess Leonore, Prince Nicolas and Princess Adrienne were photographed at their home in Hovstallet in Östermalm.
Princess Adrienne received a riding training from a riding instructor. When Princess Madeleine is in Sweden, she usually resides in the apartment in Hovstallet, Östermalm. The Royal Court confirmed that Princess Madeleine and her family are back in Florida.

ردحذفI absolutely do not like Royal holiday pictures being released. Too much money, too much privilege. Sorry. But when things are so bad for so many to release holiday photos is very insensitive.

They are bit of a dramatic comment considering these are not official photographs, they are clearly paparazzi photos or photos from a local. What do you want them to do, sit at home all summer and not leave their homes.

حذفby either a paparazzi or a local passerby who just happened to snap them and then send them out. The Royal Family/Court has no control over this sort of thing.
You can look at it as a holiday or visiting her family and I do not see anything wrong with that. I am sure she misses her family!

ردحذفI can understand your point but, unless omission from me, we did not see anything extravagant this summer. These here above don't show a lot about Madeleine's holidays, Belgian royal family was on a boat with ordinary citizens, the Spanish were walking on the street promoting Balearic islands, Qn Margaret was in her house in France and the rest of the family quietly on a Danish beach etc... Lady Louise had a student job ... Cannot see anything wrong. If we were getting pics of the elite in the Middle East, I would probably fully support your point.

They live at the royal stables when they visit Stockholm. Hovstallet means the royal stables in Swedish. There is a several apartments belonging to the stables so the riding lessons is right around the corner from where they actually live.

@Ava. 11:10. She has a husband who earns his money in doing business. There are other examples among the royals who are spending much more money than Madeleine I think. I never saw her with the latest fashion things, whether it are shoes, bags, jewels, clothes. When she is in Sweden on summer holiday she is wearing almost all the time her old prairie dresses (a fashion style that was out this summer) with sandals, ballerina's or trainers which were looking not new at all.
