Your comment reminds me of the expression "someone born with a silver spoon in his/her mouth".
Fashion wise, always elegant and lots of good taste in her choice of attire. A pleasure to see her and to see what she is doing on the fashion front.

@Anon 8 29 Strange comment. She’s still young and definitely a lady. Why would her sons change that?

Sorry, I thought a young lady is called : a young woman who is not married and has no children. My English is not that good you know. In fact I translated from the Dutch "jonge dame" which means the same as "young lady", but is used like I said for women who are not married and have no children.

I never wrote in Spanish because I don't know the language. I'm translating from Dutch because that is my mother tongue. I was just asking someone who is fluent in English to correct my translation. Apparently it was not that bad at all. There was a blogger last week who said he was Spaniard/Spanish but he/she signed with CBL. He/she wrote also comments in good English. That person was not me. I always write anonymous.

It's hilarious and rather sad how much bitterness and jealousy Beatrice Borromeo seems to always inspire here. No other Royal lady or princess or aristocrat gets the same reaction.

She is very beautiful indeed. However, until now she did not do anything extraordinary. She talks about her life, she represents the Buccellati jewelry, Dior, etc.. She is talking about her children, her little projects,... Well good for her if she can lead a life like that. It is the life of a rich person who is constantly searching what she could do next. One must do something otherwise one could feel bored...
And don't say that I am jealous, because I am not. I have just more admiration for someone who is doing something valuable. There are a lot of organizations that are looking for people like her, where money is not important. Or is it important after all?

@ Anon. 11:40. I meant not just giving money this is the most easy. Participating in the organization of benefits and fundraising. Being the connection between the famous fashion brands she knows well and organizing fashion shows f.ex. and asking a high price for an entrance ticket mentioning the name of the good cause and explaining why it is needed by showing video's and short movies during the breaks.

Before one makes comments and passes on judgement, one should read a bit and inform oneself. Have you read about her journalism career before marrying into the monégasque royal family? Did you read about her investigations about the Mafia activities behind some of the Italian political class?

Once you do a simple Google search, your may find some interesting things.

Amongst them you may read that her husband was one of those who helped Greta Thunberg sail across the Atlantic a few years back - is Climate Change a good enough cause? Also Beatrice wrote a kinds book based on her husband’s experiences during that trip.

We’re all a little too quick to judge - and I am no exception. I am not judging you. Just suggesting to not rush to conclusions.

Back to fashion. Beatrice comes from a long lineage of grand ladies on both her mum’s and dad’s side. It’s in her genes. Together with her good looks. Her maternal grandmother Martha was a larger than life Milanese aristocrat, philanthropist and patron of La Scala. She had a very unique sense of style and Beatrice was very close to her. I would venture to say she had quite an influence on her granddaughter.

Everything you write is probably true. What she did and how she was before she married a Casiraghi is not known by the majority of the public. The Climate Change is certainly a good cause, but that was her husband's work. She wrote a book about his experiences . . . . I also knew she is a descendant of a famous and aristocratic family (the Borromeo's) , that go back until the middle ages. But all this has nothing to do with the world we are living in today. I was not attacking her personally, I just took her as an example. These are the kind of people that can make a difference for the changing world. They have the connections, they can do a lot of things like I explained in my comments. There are a lot of other famous people who can put their shoulders on an action like Greta Thunberg or other initiatives. But I think there are not many rich people who are interested in giving up their easy life to do valuable things to save our planet. The little employee cannot do much : he or she can save water and energy, be careful with garbage, taking his or her bike to go shopping, .... but much more they cannot do. The rich and famous can because they have the money and the power.

I never understood her phenonene. As for me, it's just average. Pretty but not beautiful. When it comes to phenomenally beautiful women, one thing comes to my mind - Australian actress Margot Robbie. Perfect in every way. Women like Beatrice live in my neighborhood, but they are a little younger.

    1. I agree with your assessment. I feel that she is attractive, sure, but not the great beauty that so many here proclaim. Sort of like the wife of JFK Jr., who was a tall blonde woman, attractive, though she was quite often labeled beautiful. Stylish and glamourous do not always equal beautiful.

@pasha: Carolyn Bessette was surely a glamorous woman, but not beautiful as Beatrice, IMO.

  14. @NL : O.K. so what about Margot Robbie?
I have read about her Queensland, Australian background and she is a very beautiful young woman. No question otherwise.
Australia can be very proud of what she is doing in the international film industry .
The difference I see, IMO, between Margot and Beatrice, is that Betrice has been gifted with inbred class which has been handed down to her via generations of Italian ancestors.
Hope winter hasn't been too hard for you this year in Australia.

Please define me the word "class". What does this word mean to you? How do you know that Beatrice is classy and Margot is not ?? Background is not everything.
      Please explain to me.
      NL

    2. @ NL : Nowhere did I mention in my comment that Margot Robbie hasn’t got class. And you know NL, I’m not the best person to explain to you what class is or means.
I’m a bit thick upstairs and as my hubby always says “I’m one brick short of being a house”. And his unlovable mother says no, it’s two bricks.
Try the internet/Google for good and learned explanations.
Take a look at Princess Benedikte of Denmark and Gersende de Sabran-Pontevès, duchesse d’Orléans. These are women, amongst others, who are often referred to as having class.
I think Mary Donaldson, future Queen Consort of Denmark has class (IMO).
      Have a nice day.

This is how you emphasize this class, Beatrice. I cannot agree with that. Average woman to me. Average. Like waitress, bartender or hairdresser.
