On December 20, 2021, King Carl Gustaf, Queen Silvia and Crown Princess Victoria were present at the formal gathering of the Swedish Academy that took place at the Old Stock Exchange Building in Stockholm. As a tradition, at the end of its working year, the Swedish Academy holds a formal gathering at the Stock Exchange Building each year on December 20. The Swedish Academy was founded in 1786 by King Gustaf III for the purpose of promoting the Swedish language and Swedish literature.

Victoria looks great! This color is phenomenal on her. I love the simplicity of the gown. We see Victoria in so many prints and plaids, ruffles and bows, that this gown demonstrates how she is the focus of this look, not the distractions on her clothes. The gather at the waist is very subtle and well done. This detail can help give shape or camouflage the tummy area. She has made a beautiful choice in the brooch on her shoulder, and earrings. I really like her coat, and it works perfectly on this occasion. She has topped off this look with hair and makeup I am always hoping for. Her flyaways are smoothed and she has a little color on her face to give her a polished look. ~d

The brooch is magnificent, gorgeous emerald surrounded by diamonds, the earrings are the perfect choice. Her hair and makeup are spot on. ردحذفI love love love Victorias dress and especially its color. We do not see greens that often in occassion wear but she wears it with grandezza. She has the perfect figure for dresses like that, not to skinny, not to bulky.
