  1. Qu'elle est élégante dans cette mignonne veste ceinturée sur une ravissante jupe en tulle à pois ; avec ces bottines, c'est parfait - J'adore sa petite coiffure qui peut servir de modèle à maintes d’entre-nous !

  2. I just like the overall look, elegant, feminin, with a touch of romantic. Great jacket and wonderful and unusual skirt, paired with boots. Georgeous!

It looks like she has overdone it it with the face fillers. Wish she had chosen to wear something more colorful for the children. Nice to see her involved in such a worthy cause.

Sorry, but why does everything have to be colorful? Some of us like dark colors. Marie obviously does, and she looks very good in dark colors. And the smiling children themselves don't look particularly colorfully dressed; so I doubt any of them went home grumbling that Marie's outfit was "dark" or "boring". It's her style. Marie is not a Máxima with "Here I am!" over-the-top colors and accessories. ~Laurel~

    Princess Marie has a
lovely charisma and great commitment, but her always black and white style is boring and
to business dressed .... " just like another day at the office" .
Her outfit is not very well chosen for the event and a day together with happy children, in my opinion.

    1. It's true, this outfit is in dark colours and maybe for some boring but I wouldn't be so sure that some girls didn't look with admiration on this fluffy tulle skirt with princessy vibes. For me this is not casual outfit for the office - on the contrary, I find it relaxed and elegant in the same time and fully appropriate for this occasion. We have different opinions and I like that.

  5. Maybe Princess Marie was going on to another event where she needed to be formally dressed. Otherwise, a touch of colour would have fitted in well with this kid's event e.g. a gay coloured scarf or the likes.

Elegant Marie looks lovely. Although if she has had face fillers I don't think they were necessary. These Danish royal.ladies always pull off the fashion stakes well & they make it look effortless. Mary

She is one of my favourite princesses. Always a natural friendly face, always dressed in a simple but elegant and chique style.
I think the children don't mind she is dressed in black. On the photos I see children wearing black or navy themselves.

  8. Princess Marie looks absolutely beautiful. What a great outfit. Even though the all black, there is texture and variety. Fantastic!

Beautiful jacket and more elegant than the black velvet she wore to Queen Margrethe's party for
Danish artists at the end of October.
It must be at least PM's black jacket no. 20 in her wardrobe. 😇
I agree, something seems changed in her face since we saw her this summer (August).

Great skirt. I like the jacket but not with the skirt.

I love the black but it's not everyone who can actually pull it off. Marie definitely can. She shines nonetheless. On others black may look somber and they need more lively colors.

  12. Princess Marie looks wonderful. Her choice of clothing is very flattering, but I think she would look beautiful in anything. She seems happily engaged with the children, and they with her.

  13. I like P Marie 's outfit, jacket/skirt ... almost a look alike the combination as CP Mary wore at her latest job.
But OMG what has PM done to her face: too much botox and fillers ?
It makes her looses her natural born beautyness !!
