As far as I'm concerned, this isn't one of the crown princess's best outfits. The dress has a nightgown/underskirt look to me. The blazer may help with the cool of the evening, but it certainly doesn't do this dress any good. A nice stole would be a better choice. Apart from the fact that I don't like the dress, the colors are nicely matched and hair and makeup are well taken care of

I'm in agreement, MCS. I don't think this is the best dresses CP Mary has worn recently. I think it's perhaps the shiny material plus the uneven hem. It's not awful but just not as good as most of her recent outfits.

ردحذفDress not brilliant for a day event. A cocktail dress is always wrong in daytime unless it’s a wedding. She knows this too, that’s why is wearing a mismatch jacket. Draped over shoulders reinforces the unplanned combination? Perhaps she was going straight to a dinner party?

Read the text: she was on her way to a gala- dinner. Quite appropriately dressed, I think, just for outside a jacket on her bare shoulders, nothing wrong with that.

ردحذفThat is really an outdated idea now. She is much too young to wear stockings. Bare legs have been in style for many years, and there is no reason why she should not be as fashionable as any other woman. ~d
