On August 24, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark attended the official opening of Lolland International School in Maribo, as the guest of honor. Lolland International School is Denmark's first international primary school and will provide an international environment for students with different backgrounds, cultures, nationalities and languages. Lolland International School will also help ensure a healthy integration of foreign students in Lolland's local community. Crown Princess Mary wore a checkered dress by Morten Ussing.
