  2. Again: Simple, but very elegant and sophisticated. Great look, although I'm not fond of the sleeves.

  4. Fabulosa Letizia. Una bella armonía de azules. La falda la ha usado muchas veces, pero creo que la blusa es nueva y se ve genial. Su figura es envidiable, igual que su cabello.

Thank you for the link, Angie. She speaks English very well. Jackie Kennedy's family spoke a different language each night during dinner when she was a little girl, and I wonder if Letizia and her family do the same to help Letizia polish her English. ~d

Happy to see that the elegant Queen is back! (I will pretend that yesterday didn't happen) Perfect from head to toe. That skirt is perfection!

I could not miss noticing the colour matching in the first photo - did the Palace distribute a colour scheme memo before the visit? :-)

  8. Elegant and sophisticated. The model that she wore in Fitur, has been sold out after a few hours

  9. Stunning outfit, the combination of light blue skirt and dark blue blouse is beautiful. The skirt is on the long side for a pencil skirt (I would have liked it better a few cm shorter like in the model) but it is balanced out successfully by those super-high heels (in terms of proportion) and by those floaty sleeves (in order to prevent a too much column-like silhouette). The slit is perfect in size and interesting in placement. And the skirt looks beautiful when seated.

Very elegant today. Letizia has a gift for elevating the most simple pieces. I love her blouse. The cut and seaming take a solid color blue blouse and give it so much subtle interest. The handkerchief sleeve gives nice balance to the pencil skirt and accentuates her tiny waist. I am so happy to see she has redeemed herself from yesterday's jumpsuit -- though I knew she would! ~d

    1. No tiene nada de qué redimirse. En España, el mono blanco fue un éxito absoluto. En unas horas el modelo se agotó en todos los colores y todas las tallas y aquí es donde importa. :)

Redeemed? Typical from Andalucía, Spain and she is the Queen of Spain where it is sold out.
I doubt you criticise the kilts or the tartan, not very flatering.

This is a classical elegant outfit I like the length of the hemline don't really like the sleeves on the top. I love guessing the designers but this isn't difficult with Letizia. Mary I

  12. Stunning! The color-matched blouse, shoes and handbag are perfect with the skirt. Her hair is always beautiful whether in a bun are flowing around her shoulders. She is a hard-working queen and, I think, a real asset to Spain's royal family.

  13. Love this outfit. I wish I had her posture - I never see pictures where she is slouching. Gorgeous.

  14. The Queen wears Hugo Boss so well. She wears stylish, appropriate clothing that doesn't cost a ridiculous amount of money to day time events. Cheers to Letizia for her sensitivity in not making others feel inadequate in their clothing when meeting with her.

What a beautiful look after that horrible ruffles.
Queen Letizia looks the best when wearing classic combination. I really like this light blue skirt. With different tops/blouses, she could easily create different looks.

  16. I'm so happy to see this skirt again, I love it. The color is gorgeous, and it's just a classic. The fact that her tailoring is always perfect just makes her clothes look so rich, even if it's from a high street brand.
