  1. Wow — Victoria looks beautiful here. I think her dramatic eye makeup and “statement” necklace are an important part of this very striking look. The blouse’s fabric is gorgeous but understated enough not to compete for attention.

  2. There is a lot going on here. I think the jewelry (maybe with a bracelet or two removed) could have looked stunning if Princess Victoria had worn it with a simple, sleek, dark knit top. This shirt, while commendable as its affordable, is terrible. The print, the drop shoulder, the spread collar. Its all very dated and works against the jewelry.

  3. The blouse is nice but hope she was wearing the shirt with some plain trousers. The whole suit is a bit over[powering. Do you think she has borrowed her jewellery from Queen Maxima?

    1. The blouse is fine indeed; I have reservations towards the fantasy jewelry, a bit excessive for me, but above all not so appropriate for an event intended for the wood sector.

What is an appropriate outfit for the wood sector? Checkered flannel shirt? Denim dungarees and tool belt?

It's a Gala awards event for architecture, which involves a level of dressiness. I think given the virtual nature of this event she has struck the right balance.

I love statement jewelry pieces, but it needs to be worn with the right clothes. This blouse looks too delicate in both fabric and print. Victoria's hair and makeup look very nice.

Victoria looks beautiful from her hair, earrings, blouse and mostly her beautiful smile. I'm not sure about the necklace, its rather 'large.'

Love it. Make up and jewellery are fabulous. I like the centre parting in her hair. The fabric of the blouse is beautiful and the pastel tones very flattering.

  9. Victoria porte à merveille cette longue tunique lumineuse - J'adore ses boucles d'oreilles originales avec son collier à anneaux ; elle est superbe mais j'aurais voulu voir si elle avait les cheveux lâchés ?!

Jewellery is phantastic, I just would not wear earrings and necklace together, because, being both big, the earrings almost touch the necklace. And I agree with Anna that this necklace would have been a real statement on a simple collarless shirt. I love the blouse in itself very much, nice colours, nice shine. There is a very good harmony (I am sure it was planned like this) between the pattern, the topic (Wood Award) and the background in the photo. (-Ann.)
