  1. This is not my day. Letizia is at it too, though this coat is certainly an improvement on Queen Mathilde's. Not sure about this outfit. I like long pleated skirts but think the uneven hem just looks odd. The blouse is nice enough but not sure if it's a great match with the skirt. Quite lie the green polka dot dress worn by the lady next to her in the final shot. Definitely not a fan of the red wellies worn by the lady furthest to the left

  3. I like the skirt but it doesn't react well when plastered by the wind.

I love the colour - not sure about the blouse paired with it. But she looks fine, it's just not my favourite Letizia look.

  5. It is ok, but not excited about it, the skirt is a bit too long, I would say

I do not like Letizia's ensemble this time.
The skirt looks odd and not well matched with the blouse.
Her pumps are flattering but not a good choice on a rainy day.

  7. Yes to the coat over the shoulders! This was probably a better day for her gorgeous over the knee boots. On a day like this, a pencil skirt would have worked better so the wind would not have been a factor. I love the blouse, but the total outfit is not my favorite. The design of the award is very clever.

  8. The skirt is a miss for me. It engulfs the queen in too much fabric. If the hemline were straight and the length shorter, I think it would look better. Her blouse and shoes are nice.

  9. Black and gold are a classic pairing. The skirt looks best when she is sitting or when there is no wind as in the last wearing. Yes to the coat over the shoulders if you can carry it off with flair. The ladies of Lola Li who created that white draped tuxedo dress from the Teatro Real opening last year won an award. The dress worn by the minister would have looked pretty on the PdA instead of sequins and heels at 14. Ana 1

  11. Beautiful (and one I wouldn't normally guess) for Letizia. The skirt is great for this occasion for a couple reasons; the pleating is gorgeous and the uneven hem. Definitely not your run of the mill, basic pleated skirt. Also, with the necktie top, which is a conservative, basic blouse, the skirt doesn't have to compete for attention. Plus, those shoes are gorgeous, even though they are just black heels (Prada maybe? They make a beautiful pointed toe).

  12. I like black and gold combination but there's something offputting about uneven hemlines. It can look sloppy and wrong, especially odd for this skirt. Straight hemiline and shorter length would have been winning combination.

  13. Accordion-pleated skirts are very tough to pair successfully with most tops; I don't think Letizia has quite managed it here -- imo the generously-proportioned, flowy blouse on the model works better. It's a spectacular skirt, though -- quite daring in its way.

  14. Un abrigo estupendo, una blusa seria, una falda festiva y unos zapatos fabulosos. Gran combinaciĆ³n para Letizia.
