  1. Good to see Sophie again!

I'm not too keen on her shoes but that blouse is so pretty!

  2. The Countess has shapely legs and these pants fit her well. She should consider wearing pants more often.

However, I understand the jacket and pants are mix-and-match but they do not go together. Maybe if the jacket was a deeper hue of black to distinguish it more from the navy hue of the pants. Additionally, while the wooden clog-like shoes are easy to navigate the grass in, they are very clunky looking and feel out of place when paired with a jacket and pants. Lastly, the rattan bag is nice but once more I feel like it's the wrong occasion for such a material. It was so dreary outside on the day of her visit.

Other than being a little too small, its a good outfit for climbing into helicopters. Although the jacket looks black and the trousers navy blue? There is probably a bigger contrast in real life.

  5. Un pantalon qui convient très bien à la silhouette de la comtesse. Belle combinaison entre le chemisier imprimé fleuri et la veste dont la coupe lui va à merveille ; j'aime beaucoup son mignon petit sac original !

The clunky shoes distract from the over all look. Should have worn plain black/navy flats.

  7. Think this is a great outfit for the occasion. Jacket and trousers are fine and the blouse is nice. The shoes are clumpy but go with the rest of the outfit, in my opinion, and are an improvement on flats or trainers, probably the only other alternatives given the venue and scrambling into and out of a helicopter.

I like the blouse. The cut of the pants is flattering onSophie. The bag doesn’t work with the suit. Her make- up looks fresh and natural.

  10. This is an OK outfit, nothing remarkable, contrary to general opinion I think the shoes are really cute and a good choice for the pants. What I can’t get over is her hair, that ponytail is what most women would consider a bad hair day, I am a little surprised that Maxima receives so much criticism over hers ( well deserved) but nobody seems to notice Sophie’s.

Because it really isn't in anywhere near as bad a condition.

Personally, I prefer her hair a bit shorter than this but I suppose the length gives her more options.

  11. This outfit is a great choice for the occasion. A great visit by the Countess and no doubt a great morale boost for staff. I love how she quietly goes about her work with minimum fuss and bother, she has achieved so much. She is a great role model.

I love the shoes and outfit. Not crazy about the purse selection, but think the outfit and shoes are perfect for the occasion.

  13. Anonymous @ 7:02 PM, “nearly “ is the key word here...she is not too far away on the scale. Agree with Sandra, her hair is bad on this occasion and many others. I have seen her using a plastic banana clip on a public visit in the past. This has nothing to do with her personality or her endeavors, is just about her hair style or lack there off.
