The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge marked the first anniversary of Shout

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge marked the first anniversary of Shout, one of their key mental health services, during a video call this week. Shout was established by the Royal Foundation in 2019.

On Friday, Kensington Palace released a video clip featuring the couple's video chat with five volunteers from Shout85258, the United Kingdom's first 24/7 crisis text line. During the video call, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge talked about the work of the volunteers, and discussed how coronavirus had changed the sort of messages they were receiving.

Last month, Shout joined forces with leading mental health charities Mind, Samaritans and Hospice UK to create Our Frontline. Our Frontline is a new initiative supported by the Royal Foundation. The initiative provides 24/7 mental health and bereavement support to frontline staff and key workers.

During the conversation, the volunteers said they had been contacted by people feeling isolated amid lockdown, but also by frontline NHS and social care workers concerned about PPE and the pressure of working during the pandemic. A team consisting of over 1,800 trained volunteers works for Shout. (The Duchess of Cambridge wore a new knitted cardigan by Sandro Paris)

  1. Toujours aussi sympathiques. Très féminine Kate avec ce haut au délicat décolleté en V. Elle doit posséder une petite collection de boucles d'oreilles de Zoraida ; j'adore !

So this top is revealing. That's the good good thing about video calls, we don't get to see the bottom part so you can wear anything below. perhaps she is wearing shorts😀

    1. Or sweatpants. Think of Karl Lagerfeld: ""Those who wear sweatpants have lost control of their lives". ;-))

  5. it's great to see these interactions. Cardigan looks very nice. Could be shorts, Miss W but I think she's wearing it with her preferred skinny jeans. Any other thoughts?

  6. This organisation is marvellous, they do great work and are to be admired. Love to see the royal couple acknowledge the volunteers and those affiliated with these organisations. The Duchess looks fresh and lovely. The Duke reminds me so much of his beloved mother in these photos, I am not sure, I think his smile, lovely.

Any hairstyle without bangs is wonderful for her.

I have been very impressed with commitments of Prince William and Catherine to raising an awareness of importance of mental health
