  1. Belle tenue chic, décontractée avec un très joli rose chez Sonja.. J'aime beaucoup le sac porté en bandoulière par Rania !

The very first time I really like an outfit of queen Rania: most times she drowns in her dresses. This suit is exquisite! And the bag awesome!

Somewhat on the casual dress today. I like the beige color on Rania, but the jacket is too busy for me, not a fan of the pants either. Sonja's outfit looks nice.

    1. Agree about the cut-off pants. They don't flatter the legs.

  4. Raina looks casual, trendy, edgy, and super dooper chic, the hair, purse and jewelry, right on point. Maybe it doesn't make any sense to some, but this is what throws me off sometimes about her, is just so orchestrated, so focused on the latest trend, that it looks a little forced to me.
Queen Sonja, looks casual, but always elevates her outfits with her personal touches, scarf, and earrings are just lovely.

Cherry Blossom, it totally makes sense, it is exactly what I feel as well. Too trendy and not personal enough. To me, Fashion is about taking the parts that you like the mist and mix it with our own style. Not to do a copy and paste. This is not only a problem for Rania, but for many. In this case I think it is a rather horrible outfit.

  5. I see where Rania was going with her outfit, but I think it doesn´t quite work. Too busy to pass as functional/casual outdoor outfit, and the trousers-and-pumps combination looks odd to me. Some normal chinos + flat shoes would have been great. The bag is great.

Harald is really working the cap and shades. Cool king. Great that he ditched the tie at some point during the day. And Sonja looks lovely too.

  6. Like Queen Sonja's jacket. The one worn by Queen Rania looks crisp and cool and I think It might be okay without the belt. What an amazing place to visit.

I have been there to Bethany, and to the very spot where it is believed Jesus was baptized, and you are right, it is amazing. Very, very surreal - peaceful, quiet and very spiritual. You are just taken over by the stillness and serenity of the place, the sound of the water flowing, the birds, and the wind blowing through the tall rushes and grass. It's like a magical, miracle place. Now this was in 2005. I hope it hasn't changed and become more commercialized.

  7. I love Queen Rania's suit, the slightly oversize, the crop of the pant, the buckle on the jacket. Plus, her bag is gorgeous. Queen Sonja looks beautiful in her bright jacket with scarf.

I bet this was a very meaningful, holy and special experience for King Harald and Queen Sonja. Queen Rania looks good! I like how she's both feminine and stylish at the same time.

Queen Rania's jacket is too busy, and the pants too short, combined with block heels. If she had worn a nice pair of flats, it might have looked better, but those short pants just don't make the grade.... JT
