A new photo of Swedish Crown Princess family has been released

A new family photo showing Swedish Crown Princess family, that is, Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar, has been released. The photo, which has been taken by court photographer Anna-Lena Ahlström and we have not seen before, may be bought as a postcard in Slottsboden at the Royal Palace.

  1. Nice picture rather photoshoped, nice dress apparently for Pr V, I would like to see her wearing it.

  2. Quelle belle photo de cette charmante famille.. Couple qui a l'air bien heureux avec les petits princes toujours aussi craquants ; bien mignonne princesse Estelle dans cette robe à fleurs printanière qu'elle aime beaucoup porter !

Lovely setting, lovely colours and all. And then photoshopped to death. - Ellie

  5. Beautiful family.
Regarding fashion: not thrilled to see yet another bow blouse. But the way she´s tied the bow on the side is a slight improvement. If she has to insist with these bow blouses maybe she can at least experiment with various ways of tying them to provide some variation.

This is the first photo of this lovely family that I haven't liked. It makes them look like a 1950s family. I think it's the muted colors and the beige and pink tones. I don't like Victoria's dress (ill-fitting and frumpy) and although Estele's dress is fine, it doesn't liven up the photo. The pose is lovely, but the chair is horrible, although I'm sure it's an heirloom of great value. I normally love their photos, but this one is a fail for me.

    2. LisaMaria, you are right. But I love how Estelle cuddles her little brother! So heartwarming!

If you narrow your eyes, Victoria almost completely disappears into the background except for her head that's left floating. Not a great photo for that reason. But the pose is nice and the kids look cute.

The quality of this photo is poor. Strange mono-color background, no definition between floor and wall, like they're floating in a dull pink sky. The dresses don't stand out very well at all. ~Laurel~

Lovely Family pic, but a little blend, maybe stronger colors would have made it a little more lively.

  10. It's a lovely family photo.
Her features are changing somewhat, in that she is aging, in a good way, I mean.

It's a photo of a photo (or of a postcard), that's why the quality is a bit poor. But it's not overly "photoshopped" at all, although it obviously is a postproceesed image as are all professional photos nowadays. Professional photographers take almost exclusively raw-images, which have to be postprocessed, either in Photoshop, Lightroom, Affinity, ACDSee, Luminar, On1 or some other program.

  13. Those kids are absolutely adorable. I think it's a great picture. I wish her dress stood out from the background a little, but the CP looks beautiful.

Nice people, nice clothes, extremely bad photo quality. Maybe it was ment to be kind of vintage - but that does not necessarily mean washed out. (Ann.)

The composition of the photo is poor and usual photo-shopping that they seem to be so keen on doesn´t improve things. No other royal house produces such mediocre stuff. Just think about the excellent images by the Duchess of Cambridge of her children. Quite a different world. CP Victoria seems not like to take advice, neither in fashion nor in photography

I agree, this makes the adults looks like wax dolls or wall flowers, they should have shown the context and background, as they have access to so many beautiful sites full of cultural history. Then also the sofa would fit in, not just floating there, with the kids on top. I cannot understand their pompous style; all other royal families with kids have a much more laid-back and down to earth style of depicting themselves, just images of real daily life. Don't understand Victoria's taste for the pompous and haughty
