Queen Elizabeth opened the new Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospital

On February 19, Queen Elizabeth opened the new premises of the Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospital. The specialist building brings the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital and the Eastman Dental Hospital together under one roof. The Queen met some of the nurses and staff who care for the patients at the hospital.

    I remember reading or hearing somewhere that purple is not one of her favorite colors but I must say, she always looks very good in it.

    Her Majesty looks so bright and lovely. She is an inspiration to all;at an age of which she is, she gets up every day and just keeps going.

  6. I wish we could see the suit underneath but I think this is one of those times that they do not take the coat off. I notice that she is wearing a darker jeweled pin on a similarly colored coat. Seems for lighter colors she prefers one of her many diamond brooches. I have to keep watching to see if this is a trend for darker color coats or suits!

    Somehow, today is the day for pompoms on queens. Who would have guessed? What's Max got on today?!
