Crown Prince Akishino and Crown Princess Kiko visited Okinawa

On December 14, 2019, Crown Prince Akishino and Crown Princess Kiko visited Peace Memorial Park in the city of Itoman in Okinawa Prefecture. The Crown Prince and Crown Princess also visited the Okinawa Senseki Quasi-National Park. In Itoman, the Crown Prince couple also visited the Okinawa Prefecture Agricultural Research Center. On Sunday, the couple attended a national green festival in the Okinawa city of Ginowan and then visited the site of Shuri Castle, a symbol of the prefecture that was destroyed by a fire on Oct. 31. The couple returned to Tokyo later in the day.

    3. MaryT, I believe anonymous 6:00 pm, stated HE, not she. He did not have his hair cut nicely on a recent trip overseas, and it kept falling in his face. :)

  6. I think she looks good in both outfits. They are flattering colours for her and nicely accessorized. There’s no need to ‘modernize’ one’s style to suit Western sensibilities. ( V.M.)
