The Countess of Wessex visited the Sylva Wood Centre in Oxfordshire

On November 27, The Countess of Wessex visited the Sylva Wood Centre in Oxfordshire. The Centre is a hub for small businesses and craftspeople who design, innovate or make in wood. It is also the home of the Sylva Foundation. The Countess officially opens the charity’s newly-restored Anglo Saxon building - the “House of Wessex”, which will be used as an educational facility. Then, the Countess visited Footsteps Centre in Oxfordshire. The centre helps disabled children to maximise their physical abilities, providing funding for children to benefit from intensive physiotherapy.

  1. Nice to see the Css again, I like her coat, but even more her interaction with the children.

  2. Lovely causes. I understand she probably wants to keep warm but her clothes are swamping her!

    1. @Anna 11:18pm - Thankfully the Countess is not a fan of stuffing herself into skin-tight clothes that are two sizes too small.

  4. I like her sweater and scarf look. Maxima could take lessons from Sophie when it comes to how to style longer, thinner hair.

    1. Sophie is A natural blond, So her hair is not ruined by lifelong bleaching.
Her dresses are sometimes A bit old-fashioned, but this time I love her coat.

  5. Sophie Wessex is so natural with everything she does and she always seems like there is nothing more important than what she’s doing right this minute. She has become such an asset to The Royal Family. Oh, and I covet this coat! Joanne

  7. Nice big coat but agree with Anna that latterly she seems to have too much material in all her clothes. Nice to see her again.

  8. Not so much about fashion or jewels here, but she is really interested in what she is doing on public engagements. No fake. Bravo!

Love the coat, it fits her well, not tight and too small. The addition of the scarf, beautiful. The black ensemble looks great. Her hair is neatly tied back and looks well groomed.
