Queen Rania met with women from Balqawi tribes in Amman

On September 16, 2019, Monday, Queen Rania of Jordan visited a group of women from Balqawi tribes in Amman, gathered at the residence of Ms. Dina Al Hadid Al Qatarneh at her private invitation. The Queen heard from several of the tribeswomen, who spoke of women’s fundamental role in Jordanian society and their contributions to various industries, national achievements, and the country’s development.

      Jordan may be traditional but there’s no compulsion to cover your hair in Islam or in Jordanian law. That being said, Queen Rania looks AMAZING in that beautiful dress.
