On August 14, 2019, Danish Queen Margrethe II visited an open-air market which is in the square outside Cahors cathedral, close to the Cayx Palace. The Cayx Palace (Château de Cayx or Château de Caïx) is a residence of the Danish Royal Family located in the wine district of Cahors in southern France.

    Sur la première photo, il me semble que la reine achète les premiers cèpes de la saison... Cuisinés avec du canard confit, c'est un véritable régal !!!

    Ich denke, das ist ein Fototermin, der richtig Spaß macht! Blau, Rosé - kann man mixen. Nichts spezielles hier, einfach Wohlfühlklamotten. Muss ja auch einmal sein. Die riesigen Körbe wollen schließlich gefüllt werden. Ich wünsche IM einen sauguten Urlaub im schönen Süden Frankreichs!

    Queen Margarethe is one of my favorite royals! Although she looks very glamorous at formal events, and very business-like when she is about doing work for Denmark, when she enjoys leisure pursuits, she dresses for comfort and still looks very attractive. She is always smiling, and always attentive to the people around her.
