I think the scarf does not work well with the tweed suit. The suit and shoes are a lovely combination and don't really need the scarf as an accessory.
ردحذفThe scarf actually does pick up very subtle colors in the weave of the suit. If you enlarge the picture, it's easier to see. It does not come through in the distant photos. Silvia to me is always so well put together and dignified. I admire her.

ردحذفI think this is a particularly pretty color on the queen, and the touch of turquoise in her scarf lifts the look of it all. It is an inspired touch.

ردحذفCheck out her left wrist. Looks like a grandchild made her a bracelet ❤ oh my how many of those plastic bead bracelets I have worn from my own kids. Very sweet that she is wearing it to a function.

حذفNo shame Diane! What you thought is totally understandable. Maxima has been more than once spotted with bracelets from her daughters. It can be a good possibility for Silvia and other royal mothers and grandmothers, either!
