| On March 4, 2019, King Carl XVI Gustaf and Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden attended the meeting of Advisory Council on Foreign Affairs held at Stockholm Royal Palace. The Council is a consultation group between the Riksdag and the Swedish Government, presided over by The King. The Council consists of the Speaker and nine other members from the Riksdag, together with nine deputies. The Crown Princess attends the Advisory Council on Foreign Affairs. (The Crown Princess wore a floral print dress from H&M Conscious Exclusive collection.) |

This is a gorgeous dress on Victoria! We seldom see her in green, and this is a very fresh and pretty shade of that color. Imo the gathers at the neck are an elegant way to add interest without looking fussy.
