Infanta Elena visited the Basilica of Jesus de Medinaceli

Infanta Elena of Spain attended the traditional thanksgiving to Medinaceli's Christ at Jesus of Medinaceli Church (Basílica de Nuestro Padre Jesús de Medinaceli) in Madrid, Spain. On March 1st, 2019, Infanta Elena of Spain continued a tradition that the Spanish royals have upheld for over 300 years. Every year, on the first Friday of March, one of the Spanish royal family attends the Church of Our Father Jesus de Medinaceli to pray to the Christ of Medinaceli.

  1. She has a lovely smile which we do not see very often - it does transform her. And her hair is thick and healthy. Her outfit is modest and appropriate for the occasion.

  4. Good to see her looking so well. In the last post in which she featured, she looked very tired and much older than her years. She looks good here. Another "minor" royal who seems like a thoughtful and caring individual
