In this case, Prince Harry had to secure his grandmother's (the queen) approval in order to marry since he is close to the throne...and that gives him permission to marry Meghan Markle.
حذفI love to see this object of history. Her signature top right corner - still strong even at her age. Even for the Queen it must be daunting signing such a beautiful document. In hundreds of years people will be awed to see documents with the signature of a renowned Queen. Perhaps the round metal object is a seal?
