It is nice to see the princess getting used to her new role. She seems to have the confidence to take on events on her own. It will be interesting to see what royal work she takes on in the next year as she juggles new motherhood and royal duties.

Married only 6 months and has contributed to her royal duties whole-heartedly, Princess Sofia is an asset and has proven herself to the doubters. Bravo Prince Carl Philip on your choice of wife, she is lovely and I'm sure; they'll make great parents coming April.

Didn't the court announce that she will have her baby in April and Victoria in March? Victoria looks already heavily pregnant but Sofia is hardly showing. Did they get the dates right?

sofia is doing a much better job than duchess kate, who waited 10 years for a ring, 5 years into marriage, and shes famous for being invisible and lazy/shopaholic

What does Kate have to do with Sofia, they are two very different women living in different countries, no need to compare.

Really Anonymous 07'59, Kate had more royals duties last month, than Sofia.
You can not compare this two women,Kate will be a queen consort one day.
Sofia will only be a princess, and fade away once Victoria is Queen of Sweden.

    4. Anon 10:24: Like a cuckoo laying its eggs in another bird’s nest, it seems that for you, posts on other royals have just one purpose – to serve as a vehicle for you to call Duchess Kate nasty names. It doesn’t matter what the topic of the post is, or what direction the discussion is going in --it seems that showing courtesy to the blog owner and the other commenters is forgotten, when the sudden urge to badmouth Kate comes upon you.
And then, all you give readers is a grab-bag of inaccuracies, catch-phrases and rude names (“lazy/shopaholic”) – i.e. verbal abuse of someone who can’t answer back. What is there to admire in your comments? Is there anything in them you can be proud of? I guess you are already embarrassed by your words, because you always hide behind the tag of Anonymous.
I bet you would never say those nasty things if you had to identify yourself; or if you thought that Kate would be allowed to answer you back.
BTW, I am not an ardent Kate supporter (though you would no doubt like to think so). My criticism is nothing to do with attempting to suppress your point of view, (though I’m sure you would like to believe that too). It has everything to do with taking exception to your nastiness. I (and, I’m sure, other readers) would be perfectly prepared to enter into vigorous debate with you, if you would only present a coherent argument. But all you have done so far is express spite.
It’s logical for readers to assume that a person who says nasty things must be nasty themselves. You are shooting yourself in the foot by posting nasty remarks -- when you could choose to make your point respectfully. Online discussions are daily full of examples of fair and robust debate. It’s perfectly possible to present an opposing viewpoint with politeness and courtesy - but that would require effort. Do you believe strongly enough in your view of Duchess Kate to do that?

@Anonymous 07:59 A first child never appears as big in the belly as a mother who carries her second child. Simply because the abdominal muscles have not yet encountered 9 moths of stretching and skin tissue isn't overstretched yet. That's why a babybump shows a lot more the second child around. Therefore it's very logic Sofia's child doesn't show as much as Victoria's and it has nothing to do with a royal announcement gone wrong.
