Apparently those are three different pieces. Atleast Tatiana's tiara is not the one Caroline has used as a necklace.

  2. Tatiana looks beautiful. I never thought that she was very attractive as she is always sporting the bohemian hippie I'm too special to brush my hair or wear clean and pressed clothing look. Here she looks gorgeous. I'm thinking that perchance bohemian sheek is not the look that is best for her.

Years ago there was official (or at least semi-official) information that princess Charlotte left her jewellery to Caroline, but no list of the jewellery has been published. What if the fringe tiara had already been modified into necklace, when Caroline received it? According to the French version of Wikipedia princess Charlotte never returned to Monaco after Rainier's and Grace's wedding in 1956. When living in the Marchais estate and in Paris, Charlotte surely had more use of a necklace and a tiara (the one with pearl drops) than two tiaras.
My guess is that Caroline's necklace is Charlotte's tiara in modified version and that Tatiana has a "new" tiara. With new I mean new to Tatiana. Fringe kokoshnik tiaras were extremely popular about a hundred years ago, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find a suitable one (through a so-called silent sale the great auction houses have). Even Marie-Chantal has a "new" fringe tiara bought by her parents, the Millers.
